NOITU – SCATTER_RADAR / audiovisual concert installation in real-time deals with the largest non-coherent radar system in the world – Jicamarca radio observatirium; a FRIFORMA\AV KUD Mreža production /
The work reinterpretes rare industrial recordings from 1963, combined with the immersive observatorium arhitecture sequences. The author experiments with the viewer’s space, sensory and auditory perceptions and tests the borders of auditory and visual perception. The sense of disorientation and distopy uis the result.
Noitu is a sudo of interdisciplinary artists Sašo Puckovski, born 1986 in Skopje, Macedonia . currently works in Ljubljana. His interests are in intermediacy between physical and virtual, transcending the borders of sound, visual and interactive arts. At this moment he is interested in spaces’ interventions and creating the immersive interactive experiences combining sound and visual. He is exploring approaches to sound performance and sound improvisation.
