How do you know – before you know?

We invite you to an international cross-cultural and multimedia event, where a trio of authors, gathered not in a group, but in a band, will present their past individual activities, which in 2022 became intertwined in a joint work. Which one and what kind reveals the event.
Coming from vastly different expressive traditions, languages and their underlying cultures, they really shouldn’t have met. But they did. In Ljubljana. Specifically, somewhere more on the fringes of established practices that run in this city in a state and municipally funded environment. Each of them established in their own fields, they made a commitment to be an artistic band and enter the common unknown. It roars and whispers, visualizes absences and speaks – or at least writes. It might also do a little programming.
Three short, approximately 10-minute presentations of the previous work will be woven into the mentioned joint work from two years ago. Which merely hints at something bigger — the exhibition that will be in Cirkulacija 2 in the first half of January 2025, entitled “How do you know?“.
The presentation will be followed by a short, but very informal gathering with exchange of thoughts and affection.
