On Wednesday, April 12 at 8 p.m., the meeting ends with live sets by the participants and Andrej Kobal, Jure Anžiček and Jake Berger.

We will present three different modular systems where you and the owners will be able to learn everything about connections, creative options and the basics of modular synthesis. Andrej Kobal will present his hybrid system of  modules and a computer and take you into the world of granular synthesis, Jure Anžiček will help you understand the connections between a computer and a modular system with his system of desktop semi-modular synthesizers, and Jaka Berger will introduce you with his modular system into the basics of connecting and modular creation with emphasis on samplers.

With the help of mentors, participants will be able to create their own patch and test it on Marko Batista’s excellent sound system. The team is open to all musical approaches – from experimental music, ambient, noise, beat music and techno. We invite and encourage the participants to join us at the final part and perform with your patch!

Clockwork Voltage meetings represent the momentum of the Slovenian community, which stands united by enthusiasm for modular synthesizers. While we are witnessing an ever-increasing expansion and interest in creating with modular synthesizers abroad, a good number of creators active in various fields of art have also appeared on domestic soil in recent years. In addition to the established names, the world of modular synthesizers also includes many unknown individuals who diligently screw around in the shelters of their home studios and practice oscillating in everyday life.

Through the Clockwork Voltage platform, the community of the home modular scene manifests itself and will continue to offer various meetings and events aimed at experimenting and presenting home production with these fascinating machines.
